We want every order on Rocket SMM to be fair. This policy explains when refunds apply.
If an order has not started processing, you can request a cancellation and the charge is returned to your wallet.
If an order is only partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded to your wallet automatically where the provider supports it.
Some services include a refill window. If counts drop within that window, request a refill from your Orders or Refill page instead of a refund.
Completed orders, orders where you provided a wrong or private link, and drops caused by the social platform after delivery are generally not refundable.
Refunds are credited to your Rocket SMM wallet for future orders. Withdrawals of unused balance, where offered, may be subject to processing fees.
